One question I get asked a lot is, “Sean, is there a Web page where my kids can learn all about beer?” You bet there is. It’s the Beer History for Kids Page! It’s filled to the brim with tasty beer facts, like:
A lot of people, especially children, died from drinking bad water in antiquity. But the alcohol in the beer killed the germs, so beer was always safe to drink. (Most children in the United States today don’t drink beer, but in antiquity and the Middle Ages children did drink beer).
Also, beer “has the nutritional value of barley.”

And after that, they can learn how sad a place our world would be without beer.
Wise words indeed.
So how much fiber is there in a Bud Light?
Zero grams per 12-ounce serving.
