Regular readers of this blog (hi, Dad) know that I sometimes like to make myself and my acquaintances into comic book characters. If you would like to do the same, but don’t know where to start, the groovy folks at Archie Comics have what you need. Their Personalized Comic Page has five PDF files of Archie and his Riverdale pals ‘n’ gals discussing somebody named “FirstName LastName.” All you have to do is type your own name in over these references.
Which, of course, demands the obvious question (and it has nothing to do with hair color, particularly):
Is Phoebe more of a Betty or a Veronica?

Betty all the way. The answer is at least as obvious as the question, to me at least.
Well, you know her far better than I, and rightfully so.
I never quite connected to the Archie world, and I suspect it’s because most of them seemed to be having fun, something I didn’t do a lot of as an adolescent.
