The J!-Archive is an online compendium of Jeopardy! game shows, going all the way back to season one. It’s got the contestants’ names, all of the questions, and all of the answers, along with complex statistical analyses of the games which I don’t care to study.
Unfortunately, it’s not a complete archive. Many of the earlier programs are missing, such as the heartbreaker 1986 game when John Podhoretz beat my uncle Tony Gleeson. Podhoretz went on to win countless billions, and is now the sole proprietor of Halliburton.

According to Reuters, women in China are learning to belly dance. There’s a whole slideshow of 11 photographs, so it must be very, very newsworthy. Also, Phin thinks too many of you people are sending trackbacks for unrelated posts.

Some of you younglings may not remember “A Muppet Christmas with Zbigniew Brzezinski,” but it was every bit as horrible as it sounds. This and nine more made the list of The 10 Least Successful Holiday Specials of All Time.

Paid memberships to kid gyms are becoming more and more common these days.
Gymboree is one ($12-$16 per session, here in OKC), along with The Little Gym (no OKC locations, but in Tulsa it’s $55 per month) and no doubt many others. And of course, there’s always the Y (unable to find local pricing, but I seem to recall it’s about $50 per month for a family membership to the fancy one in Edmond.)
Sure, those are some pretty tony places for the elite to meet, greet, and get stinky feet. But last time I checked, the park was free.
